This training is organized within the framework of the Law on Public Procurement and aims to teach participants the basic principles, procedures and legal requirements of public procurement. During the training, participants gain practical knowledge on tender and open competition processes, evaluation of proposals, conclusion of contracts and preparation of procurement reports. The training is designed to ensure transparent, efficient and legal implementation of public procurement, as well as to improve the skills of participants in proper process management.
