The IT Support and Help Desk department works to solve technical problems that arise within the organization. Malfunctions that occur in computers, printers, scanners and other technological devices are eliminated by the Help Desk team. If the problem cannot be solved, they request external support for repairs or notify the relevant department to order new devices. The Help Desk service is mainly divided into three areas: IT Support Helpdesk, Customer Service Helpdesk and Business Helpdesk. In large organizations, the Help Desk team within the IT department is divided into levels such as “Agent”, “Team Lead” and “Manager”. The team is not only satisfied with solving device problems, but also installs operating systems, provides software and performs system backups.
